What is an FM Translator and how can an FM translator help me?

FM translators are a  way to put your signal on the standard analog FM band.  Generally, the type of commercial FM translators offered here are used to rebroadcast other local stations. The stations that are being rebroadcast are generally called the "primary" station.  Primary stations can be:

1.   Any AM within 25 miles or any AM station where the AM station's 2mV/m contour encompasses the translator's primary contour.
2.   Any FM station or FM digital HD channel where the FM primary contour encompasses the translator's primary contour.

Our FM translators are both positioned in very dense and desirable markets.  Using them puts your signal squarely on the FM radio dial of everyone in their markets.  If you have an AM station or are planning to use a HD FM signal to launch a new format in either the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater or Palm Beach markets, you need to talk to us about enhancing your presence on the FM dial.
