CW Broadcast transmitters are available in two main groups. The lower power ES series have power levels from 50 to 1,050Watts.  The high powered PS series range from 1,500W to 5,000W and feature advanced internal control and monitoring systems that includes sophisticated setup and operating software (included).

The ES Series can be used as a stand alone transmitter or translator. All models have front panel programmable FSK ID. They are perfect for small markets as a main analog transmitter, as well as for LPFM applications and can also be used as an emergency or back up at the largest stations.

CW_Broadcast Gamma Transmitter The Gamma FM Series achieves up to a maximum of 80% efficiency with LDMOS based amplifiers. This results in a low cost of ownership. There is also additional cost savings resulting from the lower heat generation of these amplifiers. Less power being lost to generated heat requires reduced power requirement by HVAC systems to cool the transmitter building. The electric power savings in this new PTEK design is significant.

1000 watt power amplifier modules keep the GAMMA reliable and coupled with the hot pluggable power supplies ensures you stay on air.

Additional output filter modifications are available for customers requiring ultra
low spurious emissions.  Reduces out of band energy by an additional 20-25dB

TRANSMITTER REMOTE CONTROL
The full line of CW Broadcast transmitters include a complete remote control interface (for external remote controls) on the rear D-25 connector.  The RC interface includes basic operational analog I/O such as primary metering along with GPI inputs for On/Off and Raise/Lower.  Serial commands and serial data outputs are also available on the D-25.  Simple serial commands can be entered via a terminal program for basic transmitter commands.  Additionally, CW Broadcast offers an inexpensive line of internal and external Web-based network remote controls (see below) to enhance your control and monitoring capabilities.

 We produce Internal remote controls for the ES series.  Also available is an inexpensive universal external remote control that works with both the ES and Gamma transmitters.  The external remote control can be added in the field to any CW Broadcast transmitter.  Also works with PTEK Gamma or ES series transmitters made since 2013.
